Description: Previous permit 06-2269, account number is 00246285. per stu- a portion of tap fees are based on the square footage of the building. for the 12,246 additional square footage the tap fee will be $15,352 for additional water resources for an out of city property. the existing 2 tap is sufficient for the building. there is only 1 tap serving both indoors and irrigation. as a part of the project i ask that you install a separate irrigation tap and meter off the 8 main so that the services are appropriately sized. i will not charge any tap fees for the irrigation tap since you are already irrigating, but this will remove load from the building tap to keep it at 2. i think your irrigation designer should come up with a proposed size for the irrigation tap.
