Description: Fire damage repair - drawings not required with the following scope of work (per curt french - see 13-132113-fd comment tab): 1. double or replace charred rafters as west side of north end or straight gable main roof. 2. attic area to be storage only "heated storage only" 3. expand bathroom with elimination of attic stairs and relocation of non-bearing wall(s) to allow code compliant fixture clearances. 4. provide 22"x30" attic access. 5. provide smoke and co detectors per code. 6. window and exterior door replacements to be u-0.35 and r5 respectivley, maintiining no reduction in size of egress window opening area. 7. provide r-15 in exterior 2x4 walls and r-49 in flat attic. 8. replace heat/water damaged cables and correct numerous violations of wiring installed without permits including splices not contained in device boxes and extension of ungrounded circuits. 9. provide code compliant shower and fixture clearances in bathroom. 10. provide approved venting for basin, approved trap, vent and drainage piping for clothes washer and kitchen sink. 11. provide approved bathroom vent fan and ducted range hood. 12. complete gas furnace installation under existing mt. 13. legalize installation of bathroom in garage (2-baths total in home). +++ trade permits to be pulled separate +++
