Description: Replace existing treads in the existing steel/concrete stair; inspect steel stringers and replace if needed. building work, only (no trades.) - permit is approved only as noted on this document. - contractor of record shall be responsible for: 1) completing this job in accordance with the city approved plans and all applicable city codes and regulations, 2) scheduling and passing all required inspections (301-258-6338) 3) protecting the safety of the building occupants during the completion of the work.
