Description: Mon 04/06/2015 9:30 am description of complaint: i want to remain anonymous...........................i want to report my new manager of my trailer park. she is a afro american woman who allows tenants to build onto their trailers and there is 2 rust colored trailers on magnolia lane past the office and metal mailboxes on the right after you pass spruce street, you can't miss them i think the numbers to the trailers are 117 and 119 magnolia lane. these 2 trailers built beautiful and i mean beautiful porches attached to their trailers and close by down the street there is a hole with netting wrapped around that has never been filled in 4 months or more but this new manager has money to gut out the old office and reconstruct a new office.this afro american woman threatens the tenants to take their trailers away from them if they miss 1 months rent. i was threatened the first day i met her. i am disabled and have panic/anxiety attacks even more now because i am so worried that she will get my trailer plus all of my personal belongings. i love my trailer a lot. the park was bought from charles and louise springer from a corporation in illinois. there is going to be new rules sent around to all of the tenants and when i get the new rules i will contact your department again because i know what the new rules are and there is dirt poor people,elderly people and disabled people who don't have money and they get a monthly gov check and not even enough money to support themselves now the park and the new rules want to make poor people to fix up their trailers and property or get fined and where are we all suppose to get this money from? a lot of us can only pay the rent and nothing else and after we get fined by the office and we can't pay that either they will kick us out and take everyones trailer. they don't care how many years a tenant was living here,they don't want to hear complaints or excuses they say do what the office says or get out. this is wrong. we are poor people here. they also threaten tenants with a demand letter about not paying 1 months rent or get out in 3 days even if a tenant owns their trailer or renting they will take tenants to court to get their trailers away from a tenant and if a tenant loses in court and still get evicted then the tenant must pay the rent,late fees,court costs, and the lawyers that was hired to go against the tenant. either way all of the tennants will lose their trailers to a ruthless,heartless corporation with no compassion for people. somehow this all should be against the law somehow. if for example a tenant has a beautiful trailer that is worth $10.000 dollars and their personal belongings are worth $5000 dollars that is $15,000 dollars that a tenant must give to the afro american woman over not being able to pay the monthly rent of $479.13. how can she and the corporation take away $15,000 from a tenant over $479.13? all every tenant gets here is threats all the time. the old owners never treated all of us like this. these people the manager and corporation are cold hearted people. can't you please help us all from the threats and having our trailers taken away from us? please do not give out my name or email address. i do need a follow up and your answers to my problems as well as all of the tenants.we all need your help. can this woman do all of the things that she is doing to all of us tenants? the old owners charles and louise springer plus their daughter pam springer-walters never ever treated all of the tenants like the new manager and corporation is doing. pam understood poor people,disabled and elderly people and has always worked with the tenants for paying the rent. she has allowed some tenants to slide for 6 months before taking them to court for eviction. pam gave tenants a lot of leeway but tenants took advantage of her. again i want to be kept anonymous. please get back to me after code enforcement goes into the park and looks at everything i complained about plus talking with the new manager. thank you..........be careful this new manager lies a lot and will deny everything. since last july 2014 when the corporate office in illinois took over the park this new manager has already lied to all of the tenants twice and every tenant knows about her lieing.
