Description: Str12-01889 the owner of shamrock builders feels that since we already paid one administrative fee penalty that we should not be charged additional administrative fees. he's tried to call kathy birge to discuss this, however he's only been able to communicate via e-mail. we would appreciate relief from the additional $430 as cash flow is very challenging in the current construction economy. thank you! ***2nd appeal received on same date from same company*** we have already paid a fine of $430 on this job. my superintendent retired after this job. the card was not forwarded onto ompany when he left the company. i am sorry for the problem. we have had a good record with the city over the last 45 years we have been in business and are good corporate citizens. please allow us a pass on this.
