Description: Centurylink requests a maintenance permit for a road bore and row plow/trench at 969 mildred la se. we will be boring at the customers drive across mildred to the south side then trenching/plowing down 50' to intercept the existing lines. bore pit will be behind the bike path and the receiving pit on the south side should be behind the sidewalk unless there is an existing utility under the walk. if that is the case we may have to remove a sidewalk panel. pot holes and work will be done with appropriate traffic control traffic will not be affected except for the potholing. sidewalk and bike path will remain open during this work. customer is almost out of service so we need to do this 10/18.
