Description: 25x15 patio cover only to rear of res on exst fndtn-will have seperate footings, (note exst fndtn is 15' setback but patio cover must comply with 20'rear setback, also doing 10x10 storage room attached to rear side of res- all work to comply with setbacks, irc & udc- not to be built over any easements / revised 05/06/08 customer came to las palmas and asked to revise permit to reflect that the 10x10 storage will no be detached instead of attached/ verified w/jackie @ dsd and ok to re-do plot plan/ permit will stay the same. past due letter sent 6/30/08
