Description: Per chap: reconstruct third floor post, railing and window treatments to match what existed prior to the most recent work on the property (see photograph in chap's fies). use same materials (wood wrapping the posts). if its meets code, the use of tempered glass is allowed. this reconstuction will be temporarily approved and must be removed by december 2012. in the mean time, the applicant will submit drawings for a permanent treatment of the third floor/deck area. these plans will be submitted to chap and the fells point arc by september 1, 2012. a notcie to proceed and permits for the permanent treatment of the third floor must be issued by november 1, 2012. work must be completed by december 31,2012.
