Description: As per chap notice to proceed: remove existing deteriorating shingles on roof and replace with owens corning trudefinition duration estate gray ar laminate shingles. replace roofing substrate in kind to match existing as needed. replace aluminum fascia and soffits in kind to match existing on two discrete locations on the south elevation and facade where the existing fascia and soffits no loner exist. all work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
