Description: Replace all frt plywood with drycon plywood. reshingle with 15 lb felt and shingle with 25 year fiberglass 3 tab shingles. ul class a fire resistance. contractor shall call for inspection 24 hours in advance to have the insector on the job the day the roof is being replaced. one inspection shall be called per attached sheet. fire retardant reated plywood shall extend 4 feet on either side of fire separation walls between each townhouse unit unless using alternative gypsum board per detail attached. if attic fans are also being installed, a separate electrical permit must be pulled by an electrician who is licensed with the city of gaithersburg. call (301)258-6338 for inspections. code for final: 2030
