Description: Description of complaint: again- i am writing regarding the property listed above. nothing has been done. the front door is wide open, yard is overgrown, there are snakes;rats and who knows what else. i have small kids which is the reason i am trying to get this taken care of. please please please try and get someone out to at least mow the yard!!!!!! the door needs to be shut too. again i just worry about my small kids who have seen numerous snakes.

Description: Description of complaint: this property has been vacant for a few years-yard is severly overgrown; front door to home is always open; vagrants have gone into home and destroyed interior; there have been vehicles that pull up in driveway take stuff out of the home and drop stuff off. after that incident-a neighbor went to check on the home and stated it smelled like something dead was dropped off in the home. the yard is severly overgrown and needs to be cleared up. the neighborhood is begining to thrive and we hope and pray that this notice will not go unanswered and that the problems at the property will be corrected. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous. description of complaint: this is a second notice of compliant- i just wanted to change to be notified. again the neighbors and my self hope and pray that that this request will not go unanswered. thanks. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. debra strohl-gerdes 813-863-3128
