2017 Kenwood St Olathe, KS 66062 / 2909

Description: 05/26/09: received a report of a possible building code violation from a concerned citizen regarding construction a deck. this came to me via phone not crs. citizen did not wish to give name or be called and advised of any action by the city and me. i reviewed the records and found no building permits or other associated with said address. i conducted a field investigation to confirm or disprove a building code violation. i found no visual evidence leading me to believe that there was a code violations. the deck itself looked to be at least 5 years old. there was evidence that some guard rails had been replace in the last year. what little preventitive maintaince that has taken place does not constitute a building code violation. case closed at this time.
