Description: Description of complaint: the entire front of the home from the east side to the front entrance door was torn down and moved out approx 6 feet without ;permits, or licensed professionals. all the work was done by the owners employees who have basic skills in buidling. note, all of the rafters in the attic were taken down and the entire room raised to a cathedral ceiling with multiple lights in the ceiling. the ceiling was completely redone and is now resting on the outer concrete walls with two support beams holding it up. the kitchen was moved 35 feet, with plumbing, electric and gas lines running under the floor. again, all was done by his employees with limited skills. also, an additional large fuse box was installed to support of the significant electric needs. two new complete bathrooms were put in. in the backyard the large screen room was torn down and a huge wooden structure put in its place. this structure is supported on one side by short four by four wood pieces resting directly on the roof. any wind and it will come down. the complete backyard was regraded, disrupting the normal proper flow of water run off. a 9 foot by 8 foot solid concrete fireplace was built close to the neighbors fence and directly under an oak. a 9 foot by 8 foot solld concrete ;pizza oven was also built. a large 25 foot solid concret bar, complete with all kinds of electric lines, running from the inside of the house under the ground close to the pool. the septic field is currently covered by much of these structures. a new garage door was installed withopermits. the air condiioner system was complete torn out. ductwork, electric lines everything. with a new outside co ndensor and air handler. on the east side of the home is an explosion and fire waiting to happen. along that wall, there is the air handler, next to it is a six foot large compressor that has a wire going through the outside wall into the home that goes off and on during the night. next to that and affixed to the outside wall is an electric tankless water heater with wires and lines that look like a child installed it. next to that there is a large propane tank with wires and lines that look like it was ia spriinkler system was installed in the front yard. they are now getting ready to install a large permeanent electric generator on the west side of the house. this work has been going on continiously for four yea lastly, aa 14 by 20 foot room estension was put on the rear of the home on the east side. complete with a full large bath, electric and new water lines. again, this was done without permits and by his employees who are not licensed, not professionas, or trade personnel. i can assure you when you take a look at the immediate danger that this property poses and the flagrant extent to which these people have no regard fpr the safety. note: you are probably familiar with the owner thomas martino. he and his father are mortgage brokers with hundreds of rentals. also, we happen to know that he has numerous violations against him for his business. this writer is acting on behalf of other home owners as well. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Description of complaint: mr. martino illegally and without permits had installed: a large propane tank beside his home that is on the side of th he home at 115 mitchell drive. an electric tankless hot water heater on the same outside of the wall extremely too close to the propane tank. a heat pump system also along the same side of the wall with a complete ac system installed inside the home all without permits.
