Description: Issues with this property in the past. the property was owned by mr. billy deetro but is now foreclosed by wells fargo. bank of america property preservation is not responsible for maintenance. 14 sep 10 - bank of america handles property maintenance for this property. i spoke to the preservation department and they said the work oreder will be expidited. notified paul via e-mail. 27 sep 10 - issued notice of violation to mr. demetro at 10515 waters ridge. the nov was returned as undeliverable. 28 sep 10 - 972-526-6776 - jeneva morris, bank of america spoke to her about the grass at 10515 waters ridge. she said the grass should be cut nlt 8 oct 10. 4 oct 10 - grass has not been cut 10 nov 10 - grass has been cut and structure secured. 11 apr 11- recived complaint about the grass. investigation 5 oct 10 - poke to the boa property preseveration department. the grass has not been cut but they are waiting for approval. 12 oct 10 - spoke to boa property preseveration department - the represenative said the property inspection report was sent to boa on 1 oct and the work is usually done in 2 or 3 days after approval from the bank. they have not received approval yet. notified mr. basso and mr. vogt of the status at boa. 13 oct 10 - if the lawn is not cut by this afternoon, contact ms. morris and find who at boa i should send the nov to. issue nov on 14 october. issue summons on 20 october if grass is not cut prior. 14 oct 10 - spoke to ms. morris. she will expidite the bid again. a notice of violation has been sent to bank of america at 301 east vanderbilt way, san bernardino, ca 92408 10 nov 10 - grass has been cut 8 apr 11 - grass is getting tall, but is not over 12" 11 apr 11 - received a complaint about the grass. it is not yet over 12", but i called boa anyway. they were out on 13 march and need to submit a bid for maintenance approval. the operator gave me a request id# of 7297270 and i can call back on friday for a status update. 26 apr 11 - reinspected, grass has not been cut. 27 apr 11 - spoke to boa property preservation this morning for follow up on 11 april call. the work request, per boa, was sent in and approved. a crew, again per boa, was at the property prior to 18 april to trim the hedges and cut the grass. they trimmed the hedges, but did not cut the grass because it was too wet. the work order was reported completed, therefore no one returned to cut the grass. the property is again scheduled for maintenance. they are to call me with an update. i spoke to mr. basso's neighbor, mr. voigt, earlier this morning and explained the situation to him. 28 apr 11 - received voice mail from katie carter saying their crew attempted to cut the grass but could not because it was too wet. she said i could call her back, but did not leave a number. other residents of the neighborhood have been able to cut their grass,. 2 may 11 - grass has not been cut. called boa property preservation this afternoon.
