Description: General remodeling of an existing dwelling for resale.removing and replacing main girder supports in the basement,electrical and mechanical as required, no change in building footprint or floor plan. . . . 8/28/2001 i spoke with the contractor and got a better description of the proposed project. apparently this is a forclosure and the contractor is remodeling the dwelling for resale. i advised that permits will be needed for mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.the contractor informed me that a new furnace had been installed and i advised that a mechanical permit was needed. i scheduled an inspection for 8/28/2001 since the contractor will be there all day and can go over with the inspector the extent of the structural repairs and remodeling. wkv 12/14/2004 void, no inspections completed at this time, contractor license expired. tew
